600 Festival Association Delivered Five Events in May

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (May 23, 2015) – After three weeks of family-friendly activities, the 600 Festival Association will wrap up its May event lineup Saturday night with the conclusion of Circle K and Kangaroo Express Speed Street presented by Coca-Cola at midnight.

The three-day festival included free musical performances, product giveaways and sampling, NASCAR celebrity appearances, family-friendly activities and a 5K race in Uptown Charlotte May 21-23. Here is a look at the event by the numbers (do we also have a link to this on the website?):

  

The festival is estimated to generate $237.30* in direct spending for each visitor that attended the event, totaling more than $58 million in economic impact for the city.

Circle K and Kangaroo Express Speed Street presented by Coca-Cola will return to Uptown Charlotte to celebrate its 22nd year May 26-28, 2016.
